If I remember correctly, the first episode of Urotsukidoji New Saga had a scene where a girl got blown in half after being mauled by some sort of demon. Shin Bible Black had a girl who got killed (among other things) by a shotgun, although as I recall you don't actually see much other than blood.

I think Sexy Magical Girl had some gore in it too. The eponymous heroine doesn't get killed but she certainly gets stretched out in rather grotesque fashion, and there were some mangled bodies in some of the later episodes.

Urotsukidoji would probably be what your looking for. I watched 5 minutes of it and turned it off, I wish I had known what it was before I saw even that much of it.
