I'm just curious as to why it wasn't put on the R1 dvd.

CPM/Anime 18 (and now TRSI/Critical Mass Video) licensed the individual episodes, rather than the Ultimate Edition "movie" cut (catalog numbers: DVD: JVDW-91; VHS: 88JF-891). The latter would be another (presumably expensive) license.

According to Elegant Succubus (owner of Eye of the Beholder: The Elegant Succubus' The Animated Futanari Compendium)

"In the 'Angel Blade Ultimate' compilation, there is a bonus scene in ep 2 that features a VERY hot encounter involving Nailkaizer in her futanari form".

The scene is Nail nailing Blade, and that alone has been f**s***ed; I'm not at home now, though, so I can't supply any more info than that (and I don't think I can by rule here anyway).
