Well i got to say i didn't get a chance to have my say on this thread in the offtopic section. If you haven't read it check it out.

At first i was thinking from all of this why would he even talk about something like this. Because i'm with the law on this one. Its a good idea. There needs to be a crackdown on real people doing this stuff. Yet it does annoy me just a little bit that they decree an elderly person as a "kid and putting them in the child porn protection laws section". I don't think the elderly would really appricate being labled as a kid.lol
Anyways back on the serious track everyone ofcourse layed the smack down and some even brought my name into this subject. But then it donned on me. He might have been talking about Hentai as part of it.
Reason why i'm bringing this up here instead of the off topic is it does make me wonder could laws like this one jepordize hentai creativity or in this case what can be legal to realese for the americian audence when it comes to watching hentai? How much could be edited.
One thing i like about hentai is just the way creators can put you in a anything goes scenerio. Things you can't always do in a regular anime because of creative limitations. Yeah yeah i know the whole point to sell these titles is sex.:lol:
Like druging someone to take advantage of em, or ofcourse you have titles where elderly men are having some fun with the 21 something year old ladies , or a mentaly challenged person doing something very disturbing. But its the important points that sell the story.
Could these be effected by the law? Even in non-hentai stories i see old guy pervs making moves on woman to add in the humor.( dragonball a perfect example)
Even though there not real people and fictional characters could they be included into the protection of these laws. I dunno thats why i bring it up. Thats the only thing i ponder from it.
Now these arent my kind of taste personaly but as a guy who enjoys drawing and loves a good story I just want to make sure that a creator is able to use all they can to the imagination. I meen without a good story people may lose the appriciation for it. I hope you all can understand and if someone can please clear it up for me it would be great.
But again i feel the law made the right call but i just hope hentai and any other kind of animes don't get effected by it in the end since its just fiction. Thats all and thank you for your time.
