The only thing that Iranian nuclear armament threatens is American hegemony in the Middle East. Nobody who is sane wants nuclear weapons so they can use them. That's not how galactic collisions work. They'll merge together to form a larger galaxy. The vast space between stars is simply too great. Besides that, both the Milky Way and Andromeda galaxies are part of a 6 galaxy cluster that's on a "collision" course for a supercluster of several dozen galaxies, anyway. Even then the chances of two stars colliding is astronomically small.

And on the subject of Putin, he's primarily a threat to supple young boys.
