Spent it going to church in the morning and having a lazy dinner with My Wife's family. Nice start to being on vacation this week.

Hmm, everybody and somebody's mama had egg hunts and leftover Christmas dinner, though.

:angry: You've all (the Christians) have sold your souls for whatever the heck those plastic eggs cost! I was going to buy my nieces and nephews Easter baskets, but you know how expensive those pre-made baskets are, now?!! So, I just bought myself one. :)

Spent time visiting family when I should have been doing schoolwork. Got quite tipsy and had a good time instead, so I guess that beats writing a 10-page case/data analysis.

No chocolate this year, though. Guess I'm too old for that now. :(

I went to my Mum's house and had lunch with her, her husband and my brother and his best mate(chick friend).

Then went to a friend's place for BBQ dinner with a bunch of close friends which was a good night, was a really enjoyable day.

I stayed home. In the afternoon I was going to church but I got a call from my sister, her car broke down so I had to pick her up. I missed church because of that, but I wasn't going to leave her out there. I had dinner with my family and watched a couple old films. Relaxing day.

I don't see what's wrong with clubbing on a Sunday, that's actually the best day to go clubbing round here if you really want to have an enjoyable night. Thursday and Sunday are the best days to go clubbing (from my experience anyways).

I went to church with my boyfriend. Then, I went over to my aunt's house for dinner. We stayed there for a long time. We don't really get that into Easter very much anymore. It was just nice to spend time with people I care about.

I got an Easter basket from my parents with beer in it. That was nice.

That's only because the Catholic heirachy changed it from Saturday in order to appease the pagans whom they were trying to convert to Catholicism. The pagans already worshiped the sun on Sunday so they changed the Sabbath to Sunday too.

Wrong! Other unrealted churches like the Nestorians, Syriacs, and Copts all worship on Sunday when they had no contact with the Roman Catholic Church until recently. Christian Jews in the first century went to sabbath then worshipped seperatley on Sundays. In Acts of the Apostles they specifically leave out the Sabbath when discussing what Jewish laws they will carry over. The reason Christians all worship on Sunday is because it is the day of the ressurection.
