What are the current filler episodes? Is 382 onwards all filler?

No. There are no fillers from there on. I didn't check to verify it, but seeing as the latest episode is 396 and it hasn't been filler, I think you should be fine. If you're talking about the little girls on a resort-like thing, don't worry about it. It's just two episodes and then it goes back to canon. Those two episodes aren't too bad either, since Luffy and crew stay VERY true to character.
