Are there any hentai movies that feature drugs? Specifically marijuana? Or make any references to such drugs?

Offhand, I can't recall any mention of cannabis in hentai, nor any other drug that isn't alcohol or an aphrodisiac. Which doesn't mean that my memory is perfect, or that I've watched every show. :)

"Shitai wo Arau" is all about drugs. but beware, it's a GURO hentai. can be disturbing for some =)

The only thing I can think of a bit related to that is Depravity, but it doesn't really feature the drugs that much.

Yellow Star? That's part of the Cool Devices series and not related to Kite. Done by the same guy though.

I know it's not Kite, but it's basically the same thing at the same time. in other words, they have too many similarities in order for it to say they are two different things

I think Yellow Star looks and does the same thing as ecstasy. I think it's just ecstacy but it's called something different.

Yasuomi Umezu did only the character designs and storyboards (http://fast.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=202) for Yellow Star—the "original story & screenplay" were by Touboku Akutagawa, while Hiroshi Matsuda was the director. Umezu was likely inspired by YS, however.
