Sites such as Danbooru, Gelbooru, and moe.imouto.org (see The Overbooru for a list) would probably be your best bet, since AN is not an image site (any longer, at least).

Edit: Since I have yet to watch Eureka 7, your thread title initially led me to think that you were looking for pictures of the live-action surffer girl (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gidget).
