Something isn't matching on the running time here. Is there more content than listed?

It's five OVAs, so they're not standard TV length episodes.

Each of the OVAs is about 50 minutes long. In fact as far as total running time is concerned the 5 OVA format only loses out about 45 mins compared to the 13 episode format. That's about two episodes.
