Just a random thread... ^_^

I got a message from a very old friend tonight. We grew up together, lost touch, met again as adults and were inseperable. I moved away and again, we lost touch. I never forgot him. Its very rare to find someone of the opposite sex you adore as much as you would your own brother.

Occasionally, I watch anime and one of the characters strikes a cord with me or I can relate to them on some level.

So I was curious to see if there was anyone else who has ever met unforgettable person (for good or bad reasons:P ) or watched anime with a character that they can't forget.

Uh shouldn't the Anime go in the Anime section?

Well whatever, I forget people a lot, all my highschool Buddies, can't think of a single name lol and we had a blast in the Highschool band together too.

If I left AN for good I'd forget about you too :P

the only people I wouldn't forget are like history writing idols like Cliff Burton.

Unforgettable people: my friends, family.

Unforgettable anime characters: This isn't the right place for it. But I will say out of all the series that I've watched, movies I've seen or manga I've read, Yukari and Osaka remain the characters that I still adore after all these years and that I will probaly remain a fangirl of forever.

When I was a kid, I had a man-crush on Raphael from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He was totally PO'ed all the time and fought with anger, which I thought was totally balls-to-the-walls sweet.

Yeah I don't think I'll sign up for that in the near future, I like the idea that we evolved from space dust 4.5 billion years in the making.

I threw a party once and invited a Scientologist friend of mine. He was that "I don't force my beliefs on others" kind of person.

Then when I was cleaning up the next morning, I found a whole heap of Scientology brochures on my kitchen table. He is now banned from the House of Shylock

He doesn't force, that's Scientology's job.

What about the Church of the Holy Fonz?

----

On Topic. I will never forget one kid who I grew up with in highschool, becuase he was the only one who passed away since our graduation due to an icy roads car accident, I've known the kid since like 1st grade or Kindergarten.

may he R.I.P

it's strange how the ones you remember the most are the ones that disappear forever yet you spent so little time with them when they were alive.

It's probably a good thing you don't forget yourself.

I forgot myself once.

Walked around lost for hours. Thank god I had my ID on me.

I remember all of my old friends. But I hated most of them, even while I was friends with them. There is only one or two that I'd ever consider talking to again, and the conversation would be forced at that.

Reidar.

If you have five dollars and Reidar has five dollars, Reidar has more money than you.

There is no 'ctrl' button on Reidar's computer. Reidar is always in control.

Apple pays Reidar 99 cents every time he listens to a song.

Reidar can sneeze with his eyes open.

Reidar can eat just one Lay's potato chip.

Reidar is suing Myspace for taking the name of what he calls everything around you.

Reidar destroyed the periodic table, because he only recognizes the element of surprise.

Reidar can kill two stones with one bird.

Reidar can believe it's not butter!

Jesus walked on water. Reidar swam though land.

Lightning never strikes twice in the same place because it knows Reidar is looking for it.

Yeah I often do that with my car... :P It normally involves alcohol also haha.

I will never forget ex boyfriends (some for good and bad reasons) but I don't believe in staying friends with someone you have had a relationship with.

Good one.

However, it IS possible to eat just one potato chip. Very hard, but it can be done.

As long as your happy with your relationship that's all that counts, if you're not happy you're going to have a long life...
