Does he have a new one, one different from the MS, because in chapter 400, pg 16 http://www.onemanga.com/Naruto/400/16/ it says that Itachi planned to be killed by Sasuke to gain a new power and ten shows the sharingan in a funny way, opinions?

I know its not the MS and it looks like a regular one, but I still think there is something special about it

It is the one that he gets when he kills his best friend, not the "perfect" sharingan because Sasugay did not take Itachi's eyes.

Sasuke obtained MS, the thing is every MS has a different appearance unique to it's user.

Examples:
Madara (http://www.onemanga.com/Naruto/399/09/)
Itachi (http://www.onemanga.com/Naruto/388/05/)
Kakashi (http://www.onemanga.com/Naruto/275/19/)
Sasuke (http://www.onemanga.com/Naruto/402/17/)

However, it seems that Sasuke's MS has it's own unique power, as demonstrated in Double Amaterasu (http://www.onemanga.com/Naruto/415/07/), which has never been done in that fashion before as far as we know. Itachi had Susano'o, and Kakashi has his space-time jutsu. But, it's very possible that with training, the other MS users could gain those powers as well. Just my observations on Sharingan, Madara is the key to my full understanding to the Keke-genkai. As for your picture refference, it looks different, but it's just the normal third stage. If you look at Madara's normal Sharingan in the chapter I posted, it looks just like Sasuke's.
