I'm pretty sure it's a Megumi Hayashibara song, but the song title escapes me at the moment. I'll take a look (listen) through my collection and see if I can find it.

Ah found it, no wonder it was hard to recognize. It's actually a super fast version of one of Megumi's really slow songs, and it's actually my favorite song by her.

The song is called "tamashii no rufuran" (Soul's refrain). I don't know what the fast paced version of the song is called, tho.

It's a Takahashi Yoko version of the song, I think. Try searching with the song title 魂のルフラン and singer 高橋洋子.

The Takahashi version isn't bad, but I much prefer the Hayashibara version. I'm not sure which one was the original, but I remember hearing the Hayashibara version a LONG time ago, like 15 years ago.
