What exactly does the Rinnegan do? If all it does is push and pull stuff or let you transmit chakra to puppets, Sasuke's Super Sharringan Magic Eye 9000's ability to shoot out super fire, do ghost summons and transport stuff to alternate realms could pwn the crap out of it with minimal effort.

Was that supposed to be a black hole? It seemed way weaker than the attack that leveled the entire village. Plus it didn't have the "suck up and destroy" aspect of a black hole, it just sucked up stuff and made it into a ball.

So is the rinnegan's power the ability to push and pull stuff?

Well I think God Realm's ability is to push and pull. From what we have seen he has 3 attacks, one is repel anything/push, the other is to pull things whether it's towards him and the last one is the mini Black Hole thing which pulls thing in and pushes it together. The fox was clearly on the surface of the ball and then was pushed into it which it eventually broke out when it went 8-tails.

that "9" meant that the seal is broken, but it does not mean 9-tails will get OUT.

Actually, it's still just two types of attacks. Pulling in and pushing out. The mini-black hole is the strongest version of his pulling power, while the attack that destroyed the village was the strongest one of the pushing power. Also, it's more likely that Kyuubi Naruto was pulled into the forming sphere of rocks rather than pushed into it.

The nine was only beginning to form, so 9-tails wasn't quite there yet.
