When they said all the Pein bodies present were puppets it got me wondering whether the Naruto looking one was the controlling one. I wonder if Nagato's original body is still around.

Aw man, just by looking at the pics, I think I called it in my october post:

"I'm left to think that Nagato's real body right now is hooked up to some kind of machine that is supplying him with a (never ending?) supply of chakra, and I imagine it has a chakra transmission antennae on it, sending his control signals to the 6 bodies."

And judging by his appearance, I may have also called this in the same post:

"I feel that no matter how powerful Nagato is as the 6 Pein bodies, his body by itself is probably weak".

Anyway, it finally confirms what everyone knew. Being in a high location close to Konoha was a surprise though. I thought he would still be sitting on his throne back in the Rain.

Makes sense though. Would make an outside village like Rain easy pickings. And it would explain why he's moving against Konoha so quick and aggressively.

I guess my intuition was right assuming this scan is legit.What intuition? That you thought Nagato's real body was around somewhere after they've been saying as much? You stated that LAST chapter (435), but we've been lead to believe that while Jiraiya was still fighting Pein, and that was 60 someodd chapters (over a year) ago :P

It's finally out and Pein talks about peace. He tells Naruto the true goal of AK and asked Naruto what he would do to bring peace. I get the feeling that the Fox is just around the corner.
