The Current Arc

I don't know the standing of others who are active in this forum, but personally this arc is really annoying me. It hasn't made me angry yet by breaking SERIOUS Naruto universe plotlines (i.e. Sora Arc Kyuubiness), but I can see it happening, since this is supposedly called "The Two-Tails Arc". But as I see it, the progression of this arc is strikingly similar to the blasphemous Sora Arc, what with Naruto learning new, minor techniques, a group of villians being introduced immediately, a kid with Bijuu connections, hmm....... where have I seen this before?

Ehh, I think this arc is pretty good.

If seeing repeat stuff upsets you, do you also get upset when everyone in the cannon is some troubled child who grew up sad and lonely and thats why they turned into crazies? Naruto, Haku, Gaara, Sasuke, Neji, Sasori, Orochimaru... thats practically every bad guy who they gave a backstory to.

I say this not to knock Naruto, but to say that this filler isn't really different than actual cannon so I don't understand why people get so upset about filler, regardless of whether its high quality or not. Especially when it gives you a good fight and cool characters.

The Sora Arc was pretty good too. It had a well animated fight, Sakura executed someone on screen, Yamato crushed some guy to death in a screen and they showed an explosion of blood, it was the first time Naruto actually used some smarts in a fight and they even had Sai getting in on some action.
