It's still the same. It doesn't look like it is a mistake.
It is an import item. That's the most obvious explanation for the higher price. It still looks odd though.

Well a -35% saving is still a saving... of a sort.
Just like zero oranges is an amount of oranges.
I imagine the saving is calculated automatically: AN puts in the RRP and their price and difference is usually a (positive) saving.
