I know people sometimes blurt out memes on boards like this one, but have you ever seen anyone act out or say these memes IRL? The rickrolling at the Macy's Thanksgiving parade is an example.

I was at the NY Anime festival, and there were a bunch of guys in V for Vendetta masks marching around. Also, near one of the booths, there was some guy dressed as pedobear in a business suit, and was getting his picture taken with a teen Asian cosplayer girl.
