Due to some preferences with body type, Shunjyo Suhsuke's An Earnest Captive

I love Earnest Captive too but I mean more in the Angel Blade, Bible Black sense of really advanced well rendered art rather than the more minimalist style of most mangas.
Miss Ninase is what Im looking for

I really can't pick out a single Manga with the best drawings, so I'll just list the artists I like. I can't say I like the art in Ah! Miss Nanase (Type90) so I can't help you there.
Artist (Example of work):
Inu (Hatsu Inu)
Shiwasu No Okina (Sei So Tsui Dan Sha)
Tsukino Jyogi (♭37°C)
Nagare Ippon (Offside Girl)
Gunma Kisaragi AKA G's Studio (Giri Giri Sisters)
Tomohiro Kouda (Seka X Seka)

If you're looking for more detailed art, you could try some manga by Tenjiku Rounin (has some pretty... out there content though sometimes), Hyji or Kishizuka Kenji.
Another with great art is Beauty Hair.
And Tsuzuru Miyabi's recent art looks fantastic judging from the few magazine publications I've seen, though it seems he hasn't released a new book in forever. Only re-releases of old stuff like Enbo.
And maybe Linda, but IMO the art is the only good thing about their work, otherwise it's pretty lame and uninspired.

Yes, this guy is good.
Also, to the OP, you probably want to chagne your title. It sounds like you're just asking for opinions on what people thing the best art is, rather than looking for stuff similar to what you already like.
Have you seen Yoshu Ohepe yet? That's guy's work in incredible if you're into the more voluptuous body type.

I don't think its letting me edit the title but I would edit it for "manga with extreme content/voloptous body types with best art.

Unfortunately, vBulletin does not allow users to edit a thread's title after it's been posted, but I've changed it to something more informative.
