Countdown Conjoined missing Cherry Lips ep

Does anyone know if the episode Cherry Lips and Crimson will ever be released as R1 from this series? I hate they cut it out of the first Countdown Conjoined volume.

We can hope that episode 2 (http://fast.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=2578&page=25) will eventually be released, but the series is by Pink Pineapple (http://www.animenation.net/forums/showthread.php?t=206951&highlight=pinkpineapple), so it will likely be a while.
