Crimson Climax Questions

I really like Crimsom Climax a lot. However, I find the plot very confusing. Can someone explain it to me? Here are some generic questions I have:

1. Why is Hotaruko stitched everywhere?
2. Who is Bungo? Her brother?
3. Did Hotaruko have a baby? If so, where is it?
4. Why do they sacrifice young women?
5. What's the deal with those mannequins that come to life?
6. What happened to Ryo's mom?

I know it sounds like I don't know very much about the plot at all, but I watched it when I was very tired, so I was confused. Anyway, any help that you can give me would be appreciated. Thank you. ^_^

I forget a a lot of these (actually I purposely tried to for get the whole thing) but one thing I can help with is that Hotaruko got pregnant and was too small to give birth and they cut her open to get it out. Who was the kid? The main character's (I forget her name) mother.
