There isn't as far as I know. Otaku by the way, isn't specifically for anime. Otaku means you're a freak about something in general. Its widely used for anime, but really, you can be a game otaku, ect.

Otaku is something my fellah keeps calling me... He takes what he reads on wikipedia seriously.

I'm pretty sure all that classifies a hentai fan is a "Hentai" fan or a pervert in extreme cases.
