Best Opening and Best Ending

There has been plenty of OP's and ED's so why not discuss which is best?

Here's my favorites:

Best OP - Opening 5: Kokoro No Chizu. One word to describe this whole opening sequence = Epic.

Best ED - Ending 3: Watashi Ga Iru Yo. Love the song here and the calm atmosphere everyone's portrayed in. It's a real serene ending sequence.
