I'm a sample based record producers and I'm tryin to find samples that none of my competitors have. I'm looking for anime soundtrack that have a dark feeling, vocals without hard drums around them, or a nice orchestra (examples Vampire Knight, Monter, and Escaflowne). Can anyone help me?

If you liked the soundtrack to Escaflowne, then I'd suggest you look up ALL the stuff by its composer, Yoko Kanno, she has a VERY impressive resume of pieces for anime, including the soundtracks to Cowboy Bebop, Macross Plus, RahXephon, & many more I can't think of right now(plus I think she's doing the BGM for the new series Macross Frontier currently airing in Japan). She's easily one of the most impressive composers of the last 15 years, regardless of genre(be it live action movies, TV, anime, whetever).....

Actually she hasn't done the soundtrack of RahXephon, she only worked on the theme songs.
Turn A Gundam music was done by Yoko Kanno, really great stuff. Actually every Gundam(even the bad ones) have amazing music but they usually use drums a lot, especially durring battle scenes.
I reccomend Lunar Legend Tsukihime, really great dark music.

If you want great orchestral music you should look into work done by Shiro Sagisu. Two of my favorite works from him are Nadia: The Secret of Blue Water and Neon Genesis Evangelion. They have amazing music.

A few more worth looking into.
Taku Iwasaki - composed music for R.O.D OAV and TV, Rurouni Kenshin OAVs
Senju Akira - be sure to listen to his work in Red Garden. He's done a ton of other stuff outside of anime also. You can probably still find some of his music on YouTube if you look him up.
Kenji Kawai - he has a long list (http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/people.php?id=140) of works but I'd suggest the 2 Seirei no Moribito OSTs first and foremost.

Vampire Princes Miyu.
Also look into Noir, Shakugan no Shana, and Trigun.
Furthermore, You should look into The Twin Peaks Soundtracks (Angelo Badalamenti). They are more like what you want than anything else listed in this thread.

Saint Seiya OST, best anime soundtrack ever; Seiji Yokoyama's masterpiece. There are a lot of recopilations, most of them have a classic style. Just a little preview from OST IV: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZRM3h6cla50
