um I came here in search of help my friend made a forum for pokemon you know the cute little guy's anyway his forum is dieing due to lack of Ad's I know Ad's on forums might be against rules but we are in great need of help

If you will help I will pay you back in Graphic Design banners AD or sig or Avatars I know its not much but its all I got maybe I could help people with some web coding too.. anyway I'm here to beg for some help getting members and the word around

Sorry dude. Besides a violation of certain rules, your cries for help on this forum will cause you to be attacked because:

1. You are new and hazing seems to be a common thing on forums
2. A lot of people here think they own this forum

My advice buddy:

If your plea is legitimate, then contact an Admin or a MOD directly and work something out with them. At least if it is sanctioned by them, this may help attract more support. Plus, people will still complain and but you can definitely ignore them.

Really though, why does no one read the FAQ? I mean, it says right there that advertising other sites is strictly prohibited. AN does have an affiliate program....but I doubt your site would qualify. I dunno, contact an admin and hope for the best.

Most of the better forums do not allow pictures in signatures because they tend to be annoying and large. Rep systems are also specifically not put on this forum. This is because people tend to spam a whole bunch of crap trying desperately to be one of the cool kids, then piss and moan when they get smote.

Feel free to put a text link in your signature, but don't make anymore threads advertising your friends poke forum.

I think I PMed a Admin Um I know many really large 1000+member forums that run great with Image sigs aloud.
