There are a couple members here that I know their first names, but I just use their user name when on AN, and for the most part on AIM anyway. Nobody calls me by my first name online, even those that know it.

I also know Videl's forename, Gibb's forename, Tenou's forename, and I think I know Prons' name it's not really Prons, nor is it Henry, the ones who keep their real name public or in their usernames (including HSaabedra), and a few that Soluzar knows from chatting to them... and Leader Desslock's since there was a news article about him, so people started calling him by his real name. Maybe one or two extra people from googling who they are and following links. You'd be surprised which giants walk among us.

People round here often seem to call me "Angela", but that's not my real name. It's not what's on my birth certificate.

I suppose tenshi_a and I know most of the same people by their first names. Partly because there are a lot of people who I refer to by their real name if I happen to mention them in real life. I'm not on AIM or MSN that often, but I've got to know a few people fairly well. Then there are those people who have mentioned their real name in public, even though I don't know them well enough to be on that basis with 'em. I'd say maybe 20 people in total, maybe more.

My real name is Richard. You can call me any variant on that that which comes to mind. ;)
