Here is the mask of ichigo in vizard that I prepared for convention: Japan-expo (in France).
I am going to explain how I fabricated it:
-fabricate a paper foundation chewed on a ball of rubber skin (give already the rough form of the mask).
-for the form of the nose, I put a piece of plastic cut in size wanted.
-then cover it with resin of both quoting.
-cut up in the milling machine the final form of the mask as well as eyes.
-cross two-three coats of coating (sand every time, to the point of having a perfectly smooth mask).
-cross two coats of coating to finishing (in form of paint spray).
-paint in white (in the bomb for me).
-cut up forms from the special scotch tape painting wanted, glue together the scotch tape and paint in red where it is needed.
-definitely let dry between every stage. ^^
For teeth, I have hesitated for a long time between several methods and seeing that I went person killed conceals it, I prefer not making them. I had thought of grey painting clearly very light but this I would not definitely have made, therefore left idea. Then I had the idea of the light blow of milling machine but I told myself that if I made a mistake, I was in ****, I would have cut the mask in two... Therefore check! XD
The costume is ready and the zanpakuto the whole soon. I would post a total picture when I would have finished everything... By hoping that you will have understood me!
