I instantly loved Brook. I always wondered how he would come up with another amazing character on the same level as the others and when they met Brook I was so happy. No doubt he will join their crew. Luffy wanted a musician.

And a talking skeleton musician to boot!:D Luffy would make all of those weird zombie treants, unicorns, and creatures a part of his crew if he could.

Brook was such a good idea for a character. It's hilarious when Luffy and Franky chase that zombie tree and unicorn when they see them drinking. I was cracking up

Wasn't a musician one of the first things Luffy wanted anyway ^_^ the timing is perfect right now. He's got all the time in the world to stick it out with them till the end, with his devil fruit ability he's practically immortal anyway. On top of that he can run on water too avoiding the weakness, theres so many cool things about Brook. He's just gotta be apart of this crew.

Brook is just too cool to not join his crew. His Humming technique is just epic. There's just too many good things about him. I would put him in the same category as Chopper since they both are a little on the abnormal side and not the sausage category. Although I love how he's gentleman like with the cane and he's slightly perverted he's just such a great character. He's hilarious I was cracking up the whole first episode when they met him. Oh yeah I forgot about his Yohohoho's I love that.
All aside they just need Brook.

Didn't Usopp join like 10 episodes after Zoro and Sanji a few episodes later? The biggest gap was from Robin to Franky. And who knows when he'll join it could be quite a few episodes before he does. I'm on episode 349.

Hahaha...yes the eyes mean nothing to Brook as he sees all without it. But now thinking about it how does Brook carry a sword and violin at the same time? or does he? I've always thought he just carried one of the two.

He does join though. Two swordsmen? Eh, Oda doesn't seem to care. The Strawhat's have a kendo fighter (Zoro), so I guess Oda wanted to give them a swordsman of the opposite type (Fencing)
