This proves without a shadow of a doubt that Mr. T is better than Chuck Norris.
Former The A-Team star Mr. T once stunned a sick child's family by bringing him out of a coma - after doctors begged the actor for help.
The poorly kid fell unconscious in Detroit, Michigan in the mid-1980s - and the only physical movement he made was in response to hearing Mr. T's name.
And when the mohawked star was in town, he stopped by the hospital to visit the ill boy - with miraculous results.
He tells Empire magazine, "His family put toys around him and one of them was a Mr. T doll. And whenever my name came up, the boy moved his arm.
"Somebody told the doctors I was in town, so they called me down there. I closed the curtains and prayed. Then, as I was walking down the hall, the kid suddenly came out of the coma and hollered out.
"That was my supernatural moment."

Although by "praying" Mr. T might have just actually meant "I threw him into a wall and yelled 'wake up fool!'"

He probably beat the crap out of that kid, and the pain was too much for him to bear in silence.
OMG, I'm a monster... :( Um, yea, that's a neat story.

Well...considering the 'dude' has been in a coma since 1980...I'm thinking this life won't be so 'awesome'.
Legs have probably atrophied, childhood friends all grown, adulthood suddenly thrust upon him...
Not to mention the culture shock he'll have. I'm mean, Christ, he holds Mr. T on a pedestal still....
The kid is living a lie.

Aw, come on. You know you pity da foo.
I'm going straight to hell for that.
One question: Was the patient in question truly in a coma? My understanding of a coma was a complete lack of response to outside stimulus. Perhaps my vocabulary is lacking, but I would term his condition as a mostly-vegetative state. Please, relieve me of my ignorance.

Mr. T pities the fool in a coma? So he'll help them out by brining them out of it?

You do realize that the entire story is a recollection - the kid going into a coma, Mr. T bringing him out of it - it ALL happened in the 80s...

If you were a kid in the 80s, Mr. T was as cool as Rambo AND transformers.
