A little quiz one of my friends linked me that I found kinda interesting. Turns out I'm from Saturn.

Yes they do. All of my books on astrology list the 13th sign of serpens/ophiuchus (or whatever other number of names it goes under) but it doesn't usually factor into any reading, especially when using equal houses.

Any luminary in our sky that moves independent of the fixed stars is considered a planet in astrology.
