I noticed that starting last weekend, One Piece is not listed on CN's schedule anymore. Is it on hiatus, or something? Thanks....

I guess so, but no One Piece makes me pissed. :ssj: :punch:

I do believe that Funimation may be trying to air the redubbed earlier episodes rather than continuing from where they were which would suck for dub fans and people that only see this through TV.
I'm not too sure on that though.

Thanks for the replies. I was concerned that CN might have dropped the show. It's one of the few things on CN that I actually like....

No. They are not showing Blue Dragon. What I saw was some gay Yu-gi-oh rip off.

Nice job judging a show without even actually having watched it.

Wrong. I've watched each episode aired, and while it is really nothing like Yu-gi-oh, I hate it immensely (especially because it booted my One Piece) and I happen to lop any show about fighting monsters in the category of Yu-gi-oh rip off if I happen to dislike them.

I stand corrected then. I thought you were just basing it off some commercial or trailer. You could always just download and watch the fansubs you know. Unless you'd really just rather stick to it dubbed.

Well, it's just that I was enjoying One Piece tremendously since Funi took over the dub, and I was extremely unhappy to see it wasn't there when I tuned in to watch.
Once One Piece has seen its first 100 episodes released domestically, I'm going to start purchasing... so maybe I should just forget it and move on to some other shows? There's plenty of other stuff to watch in the mean time I guess...

One Piece is not as popular in the US as it is in Asia. Although I'm a die hard One Piece fan though...
Doesn't bother me since watching subs seems to suit better anyway. :)

So I've found out that they've taken One Piece off CN for good, as in Funi doesn't know when they'll put it back on.
This sucks even for me as a fan that doesn't watch the dubbed episodes because that says that CN's losing faith in One Piece for some reason.

Well, SCREW Toonami.
One Piece was the only reason I was watching, and now that...
*Sees Blue Dragon in One Piece's place*
Well, dammit! They always have that one show that is actually good to hook ya', don't they!
*Goes back to TV to watch Blue Dragon, still pissed that One Piece is gone.*
At least they put Samurai Jack on.
