Thriller Bark Arc, not really enjoying this..? (spoilers)

for some reason i'm not really enjoying this arc. it feels a little rushed and the crew, especially everyone besides nami, usopp and chopper, all act too over-confident and cocky imo...sounds weird but i dunno, it's like they aren't scared of anything dont have doubts anymore and it fells a little annoying. well i guess thats what defeating the World Government does to you lol

anyway, what are your thoughts on this arc so far

Though I didn't watch it in the anime, I only read it in the manga, it's one of my favorite arcs. Zoro's clash with Ryuuma is epic in the manga, as is the entire crew vs Oz.

We also get to see Zoro's ougi again, and this time it actually works.

And Luffy combine Gear second and third, which is also epic.

I like how the weird looking pink hair chick laughs...crack me up every time I see it. Not really digging the whole scary thing though, it got a bit lame for me.

I mean seriously, the pictures and the zombies don't ever stop laughing that Luffy and others will die. Ok, gotcha but then they kept doing the same thing over and over it got me a bit annoyed.

So far, I've never been displeased with the One Piece manga, I've always found it enjoyable, even if it doesn't always blow me away

Brook comes out to me as funny from the start but as this arc progresses, he's becoming kind of annoying overall.

Luffy not growing up and getting a single bit smarter doesn't help either. ^_^

I' m enjoying the arc, there' re lots of funny stuffs, and Usopp, Nami and Chopper are so hilarious getting scared everywhere. But I agree that the rest of the gang is a bit annnoying. I can understand that Luffy' s not scared of anything because he' s supposed to be a funny clueless guy. But having all the stronger guys stick together was weird for me. And RObin, nothing never happens to Robin. She' s serious, but seems like there' s a little favoritism on her... Just my opinion. I' m still enjoying this arc though.

Seems like the clone of Luffy is being made, now things are started to get real interesting for me. :)

They always do that when the episodes get good in major animes including One Piece. I wonder why? Will it be a special?
