Whoops! You are correct—I thought there were two episodes of Boku no Pico, not one (though there is a re-cut re-release, Pico ~ Boku no Chiisa na Natsumono Go ~ (pico〜ぼくの小さな夏物語〜)). The third episode (according to Soft on Demand's anime site) will be Pico to Chico.

WTF... where did my post go?
I love this sereis and This new character looks good. There was a techniqually a third episode already but it was a remake of Pico to Chico with the sex scenes removed, at least thats my undestanding
EDIT: sorry it was Boku no Chico that was remade for all audiences
