Help finding a manga

There was this manga that i once had that i used to love. it was about i think a student and some new next door neighber. he sees her one day undressing and he visions them having sex thn later she tutors him. The last chapter there on a beach and she gets kidnapped and befor that they have sex in a cave. any one have any idea what im talking about?
