Alright well i can't find any images or clean videos. It's basically a guy peeping in on a girl getting changed in the locker room. Then another girl catches him doing it. Both the girls are wearing swimsuits. That's basically the beginning of the scene. I don't know if that helps. It's from the titanime website.
