ok so far ive known 3 milk junkies!

1st one was with the mother and daughter milk junkie
2nd was...3 girls + 1 guy which makes it a 4-way

It's Aneki: My Sweet Elder Sister. It was done by the same production house as Milk Junkies (episode 3 & 4 aka Boobalicious) and Ms. Milk Junkie (aka Consenting Adultery). The first series you referred to was called Bakunyuu Oyako (aka Anyone You Can Do...I Can Do Better) it was based on the first Milk Junkie game. The Milk Junkie anime and Ms. Milk Junkie was based on the second and third games respectively.

BTW, Hatsu Inu has not been released in the US and probably will not be unless Pink Pineapple starts licensing it's shows again . . .
