Urotsukidoji, even though it's a old series and there's probably more disturbing stuff out it still has some very violent sequences like women being ripped apart and even explode after they are raped by monsters. Night Shift Nurses is also very extreme.

I don't think Urotsukidoji was that disturbing. Yes, there's that scene were the nurse explodes (literally) when the demon ejaculates inside her. However, that scene is somewhat dark (and it is very brief).

I do agree with the selection of Night Shift Nurses, though. (From what I've read, I think some of the "side stories" (such as; Night Shift Nurses: Experiment) are more extreme than the main series - I can NOT confirm this, however.)
