It MIGHT have been Black gate, but not too sure here. Back a while ago on youtube, someone uploaded a Hentai scene (It was removed of course) where these two girls were kissing and feeling each other on top of the school. I remember they both crossed legs with each other too. I THINK....not too sure, but think one had pigtails. Sorry, it was long ago, but if a scene like this was in Black Gate, I think that is it.
