im very sure manga have them, but for an anime, i agree with John. i only saw Sex Taxi and it has "twincest" on it.

Sex Exchange also has (female) twins, but I believe the closest they get is in a threesome (except for kissing, they don't actually have much direct contact with each other).

The only place I've seen Twinscest was in Doujinshi's. Like Ouran Highschool things, and even Harry Potter....especially Harry Potter.
