Nikuyome ~Takayanagi Ke no Hitobito~ 3 & 4 are Region 2 only at this time. You would have to order it from one of the Japanese sites to get it. I would be really surprised to see the series finished unless Japananime comes back from the dead. I would like to see the series finished on R1, but I'm not going to hold my breath. It's a shame considering I'm a big fan of Tsuzuru Miyabi's work.

Like I said they must've deleted that scene out, look around this post and even look around other forums, alot of other people have also seen this. It was during the very first time Mistreated Bride 4 was release, if you've never seen it then you don't have the original version of it
