Um...I think the forums can exist without one. Considering most members will just continue to post .gifs of facepalms anyways.

It would load faster than that big facepalm gif. I'm not opposed.

I would also be willing to pay Josh and Kevin BOTH one whole dollar for this new facepalm idea.

I support this idea, and would make Jon pay an extra dollar to Josh and Kevin if they did it.

I definitely support Jon paying an extra dollar (each!) to implement this feature.

I stand in agreement. When you add the facepalm smiley make sure to get this one in too:

You guys are doing it wrong. A facepalm isn't an impact. Think of it as one part sigh, two parts being fed up. That's the good stuff.
If anyone knows how to make a decent .gif, send me a PM. :shifty:

I probably should have asked this question before I started, but, what's the maximum file size that would be acceptable?
Edit- err...nevermind, it came out really small compared to what the program I was using said it would. This means I have room for improvement!

I didn't really know what I was doing, but I think it came out decent in the end. I have another one, but it's probably too long and the claw hand looks pretty bad so I'll just leave it out.

If you move the fingers out a little, it almost looks like Pikachu.
Actually, we need a Pikachu one, too

It's not bad... the fingers are maybe too large and the hand too light but you've captured the spirit of the thing.
Shouldn't it be tansparent though?

If the hand were to come from our left, I think it would be almost perfect.
Unless you were born with a third hand, I don't think it comes up in such a straight fashion. :P

I realized the fingers were too big long before I finished it. I suck at anything art related.
However, what should be transparent? Keep in mind I had no idea what I was doing.

I know why you're saying that as most of the ones I've seen come from the side, but it's not impossible to come from below. There's one of Kyon that comes to mind right now that was recently posted somewhere.
If anyone wants to mess with what I posted, feel free to do so. I'm sure anyone with more skill than myself(read: everyone) would be able to do a better job. I just did it for fun, I never seriously expected it to get chosen.
