I've finally gotten the Waitress list together. This focuses in particular on Anna Miller's (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anna_Miller%27s)–type uniforms, but does not exclude other types—but the focus is on the uniforms.

IIRC:
1: Waitress uniforms, not maids, in both series (original H and Canan TV)
2: If you're talking about the rape in episode 1 (?), I think it's torn but present. I recently bought this title, but unfortunately I won't be home for another week to check.
