I wanted to take a screen shot of something i found funny in a anime that i downloaded but when i print screen and open it up on paint it shows whatever is playing in the media player so what im saying is that it copys whatever the media player is showing so if i close the player i lose the picture :(
Can anyone help me?

You're running an AVI right? Well, there's something with it that it won't let you take screenshots. Let me find where it is that you can set it to take screenshots of an AVI.

Try this:
Right-click the desktop > Properties > Settings > Advanced > Troubleshooting > Hardware acceleration: None

Yea, happens all the time. I jsut use VLC player and then the screenshot option. It works very well.

Yeah, you can't usually printscreen a media player. You need something that has a screenshot function, like [^^] VCL. If I could get Zoomplayer to take screenshots then I'd never use VCL... it's not the best player.
