So, How is everyone paying their respects on Veterans day? I have the day off. If there is a memorial service in the city I will probably go to it for a bit

Yeah, my Commie Japanese company does not want to let us off either. Everyone should also wish the Marine Corp a belated birthday!

School in the morning and strangely and annoyingly I don't have work until Saturday <_< If they have me working during thanksgiving I'll move to New York City and make out with Alice Cathrine.

I had school today, but Vet's Day was yesterday, wasn't it?

Didn't really do anything different other than wish my bro (he's USAF) a nice day through email, and pretty much have one of those neat moment of silence things for the troops.

I <3 the military.

I've already spent half the day sleeping and drooling which in my opinion is the best kind of sleep. Maybe I'll get some ribs......
AnimeMatt it's the same thing as you going "l1b3rals are teh GAYS!" so guess what you can go ****ing worship reagan for all I care. If you didn't get it already our government DOES suck.

Government sucks, huh?

Name one that grants you as many freedoms and rights and that is "better", in your opinion. Really, I'd like to hear it. Bet you ten bucks the people in that country will disagree at least on one major aspect.

You idiots stop swapping bumper stickers before I start snapping fingers off.

Just an FYI, there are still 4 living World War One veterans in the United States. All are over 105.

That's quite the achievement. I hope to live to 90, at the most. I also paid my respect by not remembering it was Veteran's Day until I realized that there were no kids out on the street. Then I went to work.

I would love to hear war stories from them. WWI was basically trench warfare with zerg rushes, yes?

The only one that is still sharp from that generation is a guy from the U.K. He is 111 and still makes public appearences.
