Click your UserCP on the top bar on the forum under where you name is, Click on Edit Avatar in the list, there are preset avatars that the forum provides for you, but if you wish to use your own you can upload it from your computer.

Dimensions are 80x80 pixels, and the file size must not be bigger then 19kb

Protip: Levon's not the only AN member who can make avatars. I almost always make my own out of random images, or make them out of scratch.

I picked one for now but how do you get the one where they move isthat the ones people are saying this levon person has??? but evil thank you for the help your the first person thats actualy helped me on this forum without requesting me to be banned thank you. lol.

If you have a .gif file that meets the avatar specifications, then you can use that. But yes, the almighty Levon has moving avatars.
