Im going to brisbane with a few friends next year and
were all cosplaying naruto characters
and im cosplaying kakashi

i dunno were to find n e thign he wears :/

( wierd im a chick cosplaying as a guy that read porn through out the series
( if u culd read japanese im right XD ) .. BUT .. ya get that lol)

hmm....go to thrift stores see if you can find anything you can use to help with your cosplay.
When I cosplayed as Kurenai, I ended up making the ninja shoe things...twas not hard, only took my about an hour (though I did burn myself with the hot glue gun)
I’m more prone to making the outfit yourself, but I do cheat. I did buy the jounin vest from hottopic once.
So check thrift stores, hottopic, internet, and use what you got to make things ^.^

google Kakashi cosplay or something. There are stores that sell costumes specially made

it not that hard when you get down to the basics.
he wears a long sleeve dark shirt and pants. (thrift store easy)
ninja shoes (internet, or make your self)
white bandages wrapped around various places (make easy)
vest (buy at store like hottopice, or internet)
headband (store)
face mask (make easy)
wig (buy online best bet, then style your self)

...wait. are you going as regular Kakashi, or female ver. Kakashi? because if you go female, all you need is his mask, hachimaki, and the rest is just pure improvisation.

female kakashi I seen a few 'a them around animeNEXT come to think of it what convention are you going to loli?? Also some advice would be if your good at sewing you can make the outfit, or you can improvise and modify a few other things or something.

alot of people cosplay as kakashi if he were to do sexy no jutus (or what ever you call it)
if you have the Body for it then go ahead, show some skin, but if your on the pudgy side i would suggest stick with the origanal.

actually I see all kinda people cosplaying characters that show skin. When I was at animeNEXT last year there were quiet a few people that were on the pudgy side cosplaying characters with skin showing

So if she has a body type for it then I applauded her and she should TOTYALY dress like a hot female version of Kakshi (yay!)
at katsucon I saw one who was like drop dead sexy (and im not even gay) she was getting her picture taken with her Boyfriend? Who was dressed as normal kakashi

...Loli has an average body type. just saw a pic in the "pumpkin" thread. she could pull off the sexy no jutsu Kakashi with ease.
