[Old Ape Face]

For some reason, everyone I ask about 311 (whether they listen or if they like them or not.), either hasn't heard them before, or say they suck. Now I love Beautiful Disaster, and Transistor is my favorite album. I also like their reggae, rap, alternative sound that makes them distinct from most bands out there, and if you listen to the words they have some meaningful positive outlooks on life.

Anyone here like 311?

I'm a fan of some of their stuff. Can't say I like it all. I'm not really one for rappy rock. I don't like RHCP's early stuff because of it. I do like RATM for some reason though...

But anyway, I like their reggaey stuff. And their straight rock.

they seem to like to stick up for them selves but do it in a way that tries not to offend other people. yet at the same time put up a tough act. their newer stuff, (Don't tread on me) is more song oriented, instead of mostly rap. Which I like most.

I'm not a huge fan, but I really like everything that I've heard by them. I have one friend who owns everything from them, knows everything about them, and has seen them in concert several times.

I'd die to see them in concert.

ok not really, but I would definitely want that to be on my next concert list.

I like Prisoner, and Galaxy. especially the instrumental parts and some of the rapping in those songs.
