^ Yeah, that's on old Roberta Flack tune from the 70's, if I remember correctly. I tink it was Flack. Its been a few... decades, quite honestly. :lol:
I saw Cake do "I Will Survive" (Gloria Gaynor) at a concert once. At first, I thought it was a joke, but it was a pretty good cover. It was a big hit with the crowd, anyway.

Most of the songs mentioned (Especially Cash's 'Hurt'...best video ever.) but I found a cover of "I Can See Clearly Now" that's pretty good done by the Beat Crusaders.

Actually, Amy Lee is probably one fo the few female singers that I actually like. She is at least the only American pop/rock/whatever singer that can actually...well...sing
If people are into Electronic or trance...
William Orbit and DJ Ferry Corsten did remakes of "Adagio for Strings", although I much prefer the classic
