So, what are everyone's plans for the greatest holiday ever invented??? X3
I get my paycheck this Thursday, and after bills if there's anything left I may buy a pattern and some fabric, and see if this woman I know can sew my Red Mage Costume for me... But I don't know if six days is enough time to finish an entire costume... So I may end up going to a party, if I can find one, as Black Mage...

Halloween is awesome, even though at least 75% of the populace has no clue what it really is about (hint: not dressing up and getting candy).

Anyway, one of my top two "holidays" (dunno if Halloween qualifies, tbh), and I really love the festive mood.

All Hallow's Eve, considered to be one of the Witches Sabbaths... Also considered to be a demonic orgy, as is the dictionary definition of witches sabbath: Witches Sabbath, n. A meeting of witches, supposed by medieval Christians to be a demonic orgy... (Verbatim)
That closer to your idea?
Yeah, I'm obsessed with the occult... I used to love the show Ghost Hunters, and I could totally be a Demonologist, if I could find out where one goes to school for that kind of thing...
I know two of the four, All Hallow's Eve and Walpurgis... Walpurgis was from Bible Black so that's why I know it... Walpurgis Nacht, or Walpurgis Night was originally a celebration of a German Saint...
Ironically, the day I watched Bible Black for the first time was 4 days before April 30th, or Walpurgis Night... I met the guy who gave me Bible Black on April 30th because our anime club was supposed to have a party that night, but they cancelled at the last minute for reasons unknown... So we made the joke, "Do you have any idea how many virgins I had to sacrifice to get here!?"...
And, yes... Halloween is considered to be a holiday...

Its a Wednesday, right?
Yeah, I'm in class. I probably won't even dress up when I go to class.

Probably sit home with candy, pizza, and friends, and watch 5 or 10 great horror movies.

Good idea... Horror movies... I got some guys I could invite over...
Nightmare on Elm Street and Child's Play are the only movies that ever really scared me... That and Blair Witch Project, but phantom children laughing is always creepy... <_< *shifty eyes* >_>

@Kyubi: I only said that a majority of the people didn't know what it was; obviously you're in the minority there.

In any case, Wednesdays I have class and I'm considering creating a Jack O'Lantern on paper...then cutting it out...then taping it to my glasses. Voila, Halloween eyepatch. I don't know what else I might do, though; not really anything in particular I can do...

I'm gonna take my niece to a haunted house thing that some folks always set up near my parents' house. And hopefully pick up girls in the process.

A real haunted house? Or a funhouse haunted house? Cuz I don't think I'd take a kid with me to a real haunted house... ~_~
I'm not that cruel... Or am I? O___O
And, TxM, I am in the smallest portion of that minority... ;)

OMG!! I did that in eighth grade, minus the glasses... They used to give us these paper cutouts on our lockers, different shapes for different grades... And they had numbers on the back, I can only assume they were our student numbers, but we never used them because my graduating class was 63 students, so teachers knew everyone by name...
Anyhoo, at the beginning of every hour, they would announce a number from every grade over the intercom, and if you're number matched, you won something... Usually a 12 pack of pop...
Well, in 8th grade the papers for our grade were Jack O' Lanterns, I don't remember what the other grade's papers were, maybe ghosts and such...
But I took mine with the masking tape on the back and put it on my face for
7th hour, the last hour of the day... And people actually thought it was funny...
