I can't remember what the title of this series is for the life of me, but from what I can remember all the super heroes died in some great super hero vs villain war and the villains one, and the main character is a boy who's the son of a sharp shooter, who worked for one of the 7 super villains that controlled the world. The only villain I recognized was Bizzaro(or their form of bizzaro).
