Radiohead - In Rainbows

So who has heard the new Radiohead album? I personally love it and feel it's some of their best work.

The song Reckoner is my favorite of the album, for some reason it matches my mood this time of year perfectly.

I really love the new Radiohead album, although, it's mostly stuff they have been playing the road for the past year or so. I also liked their approach to let the fans decide how much to pay for their download- whether it be a penny or $10; I paid $5. The deluxe set which will be released before December looks quite nice, too. It comes with a CD, two vinyls, and some other goodies.

To be fair, this is all stuff they've been playing live for three years, and the rewrites are actually worse than the original songs. All in all I'm more impressed with this than Hail to the Thief. I went out on a limb and bought the boxset as I have an aversion to paying for something that isn't tangible or physical..

I like this CD, I never have listened to Radio Head that much, but my friend loves them and bought the boxed set. I like the music on this album, and would recommend more people listen to it.

Perhaps not as good as OK Computer or The Bends, but still very up there for me.

The more I listen to it the more it grows on me. All I Need and Jigsaw Falling Into Place are phenomenal.

Of course, I haven't heard them live, so I can't compare them to anything. I went ahead and bought the boxset, should be arriving very soon. Can't wait for some the better quality (why they released at 160 is beyond me).

Been listening to this CD for weeks now and it's just amazing. I definitely prefer it to their "middle" albums like Kid A to Hail To The Theif. In Rainbows ranks up their with Bends and OK Computer as my favorite Radiohead albums.

Videotape is actually my least favorite, but album closers have always been some of my least favorite songs from any band. Though Street Spirit was a brilliant close to The Bends :)

My favorite tracks from In Rainbows are "15 Steps" "Bodysnatchers" "Weird Fishes/Arpeggi" "Reckoner" and "Jigsaw Falling Into Place"
